Preschool/Kindergarten Camps
June 6-10, AM: Junior Nature Camp (PK/K) Focusing on younger scientists, we will explore the outdoors and our natural resources by getting our hands dirty and using experiments to grow our understanding of the natural world. This camp will be primarily outside, weather permitting! Ages 4-5, must be bathroom independent and free of separation anxiety. SOLD OUT!
June 6-10, PM: Junior Aviators Camp (PK-K) It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s … anything that flies! Our youngest campers will learn, sing, dance, and play with all things that fly! Some days will be outside, weather permitting! Ages 4-5, must be bathroom independent and free of separation anxiety.
August 8-12, AM: Junior Animal Adventures (PK-2) Love animals or want to learn more about them? Join our very own Zoologist in a week full of animal adventures created for our tiny explorers! On land, in the sea, or in the air – we’ll learn about what makes them amazing! Ages 4-7, must be bathroom independent and free of separation anxiety.
August 8-12, PM: Mad Science Junior (PK-2) Let’s strap on our safety goggles and get messy! Our youngest scientists will enjoy performing different science experiments each day! Ages 4-7, must be bathroom independent and free of separation anxiety.
August 15-19, AM: Dinosaur Preschool (PK-2) Journey back to the land of the dinosaurs for a week of imagination, games, arts and crafts, science, and story time fun! Ages 4-7, must be bathroom independent.
August 15-19, PM: Storybook Adventures (PK-2) Inspire a love of reading in your camper. Create fun and imaginative works of art based on favorite works of children’s literature, sing songs, dance, and play! Ages 4-7, must be bathroom independent.

June 20-24, AM: Weird Science! (K-3) Join us for a week of WEIRD science! Cool experiments, strange facts, and messy fun will be had by our little scientists! Ages 5-8, must be bathroom independent and free of separation anxiety. SOLD OUT!
June 20-24, PM: Animal Palooza (K-3) Big, small, short, or tall! Fuzzy, furry, feathered, or scaly! Young campers will play games, make crafts, and learn all about animals of all shapes and sizes! Ages 5-8, must be bathroom independent and free of separation anxiety.
June 27-July 1, AM: I’m Just Me! Junior (K-3) Campers learn inclusion, effective communication, teamwork, self-awareness, patience, and kindness with a twist of sportsmanship. Ages 5-8, must be bathroom independent and free of separation anxiety.
June 27-July 1, PM: Junior STEAM Camp (K-3) Young scientists will have the opportunity to experience science, technology, engineering, art, and math activities in fun, hands-on experiences each day! Ages 5-8, must be bathroom independent and free of separation anxiety. SOLD OUT!

July 18-22, PM: Bilingual Art Camp (K-3) Scholarship Opportunity- reach out for more details! For our English/Spanish speaking campers, we welcome Arte Libre! Campers will be introduced to and learn about the indigenous and Latinx cultures through fun, hands-on art projects. Ages 5-8, must be bathroom independent and free of separation anxiety.

June 13-17, AM: Not So Scary Puppet Camp (grades 1-5) Campers will discover the wonder of puppetry as they make puppets, develop creative stories, and bring those not so scary stories to life in a culminating puppet showcase! Rising 1st-5th graders
July 11-15, AM: Camp Discovery (grades 1-5) Have a blast with new friends in this half-day, thematically-based camp chock full of art, maker, and science activities. This year, Camp Discovery will focus on the magic of stories and will even have a food element! Rising 1st-5th graders

June 13-17, PM: Textile Arts (Grades 4-8) The making of textiles date to prehistoric times, but our campers will be using more modern and fun ways to make and use textiles, including basic sewing skills.
June 20-24, AM: Intro to Sewing Machines (Grades 4-9) Use an electric sewing machine (provided) to make a personal pillow case. Campers will learn the basic skills of sewing machines. This class will be “sew” much fun!
June 20-24, PM: Time Traveling Economist (Grades 4-9) It’s a time machine! Travel to the past and learn about the early phases of money, its effects on our country, and how it’s evolved from the 20th century to today. Experience relics from the past time traveler!
June 27-July 1, AM: Chalk Art (Grades 3-8) Create original chalk art on sidewalks and paved public areas as you learn about the techniques involved in creating chalk paintings. Rising 4th-8th graders
June 27-July 1, PM: Mural Art (Grades 3-8) Learn about street art while refining artistic skills and creating an original collaborative painted mural that will be displayed at the museum! Rising 4th-9th graders
July 5-8, AM: Culinary Camp (Grades 3-8) Let’s explore the world through food! Learn, cook, eat and more. Explore what you can do with different types of food and make some great snacks! (must have no food allergies) Grades 3-8
July 5-8, PM: Exploring Hogwarts- Intro (Grades 3-6) Leave the world of Muggles behind and learn the science behind the magic experienced by students at Hogwarts. Your stay at Hogwarts includes wandmaking, potions, care of magical creatures, astronomy, and herbology! Grades 3-6
July 11-15, PM: Return to Hogwarts-Advanced (Grades 5-9) Return to the magical word of witches, wizards, and wonders with this camp specially designed for those destined for Hogwarts! Learn spells, potions, and care of magical creatures while also discovering how muggles cope without magic! Grades 5-9
July 18-22, AM: Chess Camp I (Grades 3-6) Kings, Queens, Bishops, Knights-sounds like a royal time! No need to be an expert, this camp caters to new and seasoned chess players alike! Stimulate your gray matter by developing strategies, making friends and having fun! Grades 3-6
July 18-22, PM: Superhero Boot Camp (Grades 4-8) It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a superhero camper! Unleash your inner superhero through graphic art, science experiments, games, drama, and, of course, superhero boot camp. Grades 3-8
July 25-29, AM: Quilting Fever (Grades 4-8) Learn to piece, line, and finish a small lap quilt. Students must be comfortable using an electric straight stitch machine (provided). Experience with a sewing machine required. Rising 4th-8th graders
July 25-29, PM: Star Wars Camp (Grades 4-8) A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away… explore a world of science and mythology as you engage in play with droids, Wookiees, and the occasional Jedi. Grades 4-8

August 1-5, PM: Camp Half-Blood Mythology (Grades 4-8) Explore the magical worlds of Rick Riordan in this camp, based on the popular Percy Jackson series. Learn Greek and Roman mythology, particpate in quests, develop leadership skills, and learn the science behind the stories! Grades 4-8

August 8-12, PM: Ancient Mythology (Grades 4-8) Have you always loved stories explaining the unknown? We will explore the myths and stories that shaped how these cultures saw the world. Join us for fun stories, interesting history, and crafts all about ancient mythology! Grades 4-8
