SUMMER CAMP COUNSELORS

The discovery museum is actively seeking creative camp counselors to help us plan our best season yet! If you are an educator or professional with experience teaching children* and would like to join us for one or more weeks during the summer, please fill out the proposal form linked above by January 26th. Camp counselor positions are compensated. For additional details, email learning@discoverymuseum.net.

Week-long summer camps will run from June through August with morning (9am-12pm) or afternoon (1pm-4pm) camp time slots. 

Age ranges include:

  • Camps for littles: PreK/K (4+)

  • Lower elementary: Grades 1-3

  • Upper elementary: Grades 4-6

Deadline for priority consideration has passed but we are still taking proposals until all dates are confirmed! 

*Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold either a college degree, be actively enrolled (preferably in a child-focused program) or show experience in independent program planning and implementation for children.
